All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Where the license key is exposed on software packages we will not accept the return of these packages. Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund and will incur a 20% handling fee. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened. 
Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale.
Please note that we as Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd will not accept any items back for credit or replacement if the packaging is not complete, this includes and is not limited to boxes, documentation, cables, accessories, etc.Should an opened product be returned, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are provided with it.
The following restriction will apply for returns: Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase. If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs.
